When you register onsite, you will receive a conference bag that includes the printed materials (program, participant list, notepad, and pen). Yes. You can apply to present at the conference during the call for papers. To do so, submit your abstract using the online form on our website. All submissions will be reviewed by the Board. If your submission is chosen, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance and all necessary details.

1. Visit the conference website and click on the “tickets“ tab.
2. Select your ticket, add it to your shopping cart, and specify whether you would like to attend the evening event.
3. To redeem a voucher, enter it in the “discount code“ field in the lower left side of the ticket shop window. The discount will be applied automatically.

5. If this is your first FVA conference, you can create a user account during your registration. Complete all required fields, accept the terms and conditions, and click to register.
If you have already attended an FVA conference, you can use the same account. Login with your existing credentials, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm your reservation.
6. Every registration is checked and confirmed by the conference team. After your registration is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation including an invoice or link for payment.

Yes. In the ticket shop, select “change person“ under “Booking is for…“ add the desired person, and click “choose tickets.“ Make sure you have selected the desired person in the above field before you complete your purchase. You can also purchase tickets for multiple people.

No, you do not need a ticket for admission. On the day of the event, please register using your last name and you will receive a name tag and the conference materials.
