The BEARING WORLD Journal, which is published annually, serves to foster exchange between international experts during non-conference years by featuring peer-reviewed, high-quality scientific papers on rolling element bearings as well as plain bearings. As an international expert platform for publishing cutting-edge research findings, the journal intends to contribute to technological progress in the field of bearings.
Our goal with the annual publication of the BEARING WORLD between international experts. All content in the BEARING WORLD Journal is peer reviewed by the international Scientific Board of the BEARING WORLD Conference to ensure a high level of quality.
FVA-members can download Journal is to offer the international research community a platform for publishing cutting-edge research in the fields of rolling and plain bearings and to promote regular exchange the BEARING WORLD JOURNAL for free via THEMIS.

Bearing World Journal - Volume 2_2017 - Call for Papers - extended
To promote the central concept of Bearing World, the international exchange between science and industry, and to reach a listing in scientific indexes we have decided to publish the "Bearing World Journal" as a periodical on an annual basis, open to all contributions on the subject of bearings. This provides an opportunity to publish high-quality scientific reports in the journal in years when the Bearing World conference does not take place. We especially want to offer the possibility to publish the results of FVA research, but we also encourage interested parties from all over the world to submit their contributions. To ensure a high level of quality, our international Scientific Board (Link zum Scientific Board unter Programmausschuss) is performing a two-step, double-blind review process.
